Tracey Wells
Facilities Manager
Tracey has been part of the Property Management team since 2005 and runs the maintenance & repair contracts on buildings Managed by Wadham and Isherwood. Tracey also liaises between the Landlords and Tenants for the properties managed
by Wadham and Isherwood under the Outsourced Services function.
Tracey is I.O.S.H qualified and is an Associate member of the British Institute of Facilities Managers, she is able to advise on all aspects of property maintenance and refurbishment.
Immediately prior to joining Wadham and Isherwood Tracey was heavily involved in the start-up and running of the successful live television auction channels 'bid.tv' and 'price drop.tv'.
