Peter Atkinson
Director Property Management
Peter is Director and Head of our Property Management Department. Peter also runs our Professional Services Department that handles Valuations, Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Dilapidations, Landlord and Tenant matters and other professional work.
Peter joined Wadham and Isherwood in 2005 having previously worked and trained with Daniel Smith and Cluttons in Central London.
Recent successes include:-
- Recovery of over £100,000 in excess service charges from former owners of an office building following the acquisition of the building by clients of W&I
- Solving a long standing 10 year heating failure at South East Waters former headquarters within 6 months of South East Water seeking direct involvement from Wadham and Isherwood.
