ENDEAVOUR PLACE OFFICE SCHEME BUCKS THE TREND

Durngate Estates (Farnham) Limited have secured the biggest letting on the estate due to their flexible approach in the current economic climate.  Codan Limited (advised by Clare & Co) have taken Building C4, 3,390 sq.ft. (315 sq.m.), on a new lease having relocated from premises in Gostrey House, Farnham from where they have operated for many years.  Codan designs and builds the worlds best communication equipment for high frequency radio satellite and digital microwave radio applications having offices in Australia, USA, UK, China and India.

This recently completed letting follows hot on the heels of the sale of Unit B2 - 1, 975 sq.ft. (183 sq.m.) - to the BHP Group.  This company who specialise in delivering bespoke solutions to the professional media industry, moved into the building at the end of June.

This only leaves three buildings available for lease or purchase, each 1,937 sq.ft. (180 sq.m.), including the recently fitted show suite.
