Wadham & Isherwood Farnham office acting jointly with Liggins Thomas have concluded the letting of 2 prime retail units in the town setting new record rent level for the town.  At 16 The Borough a small shop adjoining Moss Bros and W H Smith has been let to Subway on a new lease reflecting a Zone A of £90.00 per sq.ft. (£968.76 per sq.m.).  The property which is arranged on ground and two upper floors is currently being substantially extended and refurbished by associated company Borelli Property Services Ltd.

The agents have also let a prime shop, 118 West Street, Farnham, situated between Ernest Jones Jewellers and Specsavers and close to branches of Millets, Boots, Argos and Woolworths to the international ladies fashion retailer, Ghost Limited.  The retailer who is currently involved in aggressive expansion with 11 new shops in solicitors hands, are aiming to commence trading in May ’07.  The shop, which also has a self-contained flat above, is let to reflect a Zone A in excess of £100 per sq.ft.
