ROARING SUCCESS FOR LION & LAMBS

Hot on the heels of the recent letting of Unit 14 (630 sq ft) to Imbibros Quality Wine Merchants at the end of 08, joint letting agents Wadham & Isherwood (Farnham) & CWM are pleased to announce that Unit 9 (755 sq ft) has been let to ladies fashion retailer Gerard Darel who will begin fitting out at the end of January.  The Gerard Darel letting was agreed at an average rent of £42,000 per annum, whilst the Wine Merchants are paying £38,500 per annum. 

The joint letting agents are of the view that these lettings are as a direct result of the extensive enhancement works that have taken place since The Manny Davidson Trust acquired the yard in September 07.  These lettings will further improve the retail offer and mix of tenants that already include Waterstones Bookshop, Laura Ashley, Jaegar, Jones Bootmakers, Starbucks, Monsoon, Goldsmiths, Orvis, plus the anchor tenant, Waitrose.
