84 NORTH STREET – MARKETING LAUNCH

Wadham and Isherwood have hosted a breakfast reception to mark the launch of the marketing campaign and completion of the refurbishment of the 11,000 sq ft office scheme at 84 North Street, Guildford.  The refurbishment has been carried out by F & C Reit Asset Management and CDC Estates and the event was a great success with many of the guests specifically commenting on how impressed they were with the finished scheme and the quality of the office accommodation.

The event was held on 2nd October 2009 which marks the 100th anniversary of the first rugby match to be played at Twickenham.  There was a prize draw with 1st & 2nd prize being a pair of tickets for the England v Australia match at Twickenham on 7th November 2009 with a 3rd prize of a framed signed British Lions shirt commemorating their most recent tour of South Africa.  The 1st and 2nd prize was won by Peter Rands of Philip Commercial & Geoff Davis of Newman Davis whilst 3rd prize was won by Mark Leah of Hurst Warne.  The prizes were presented by Julian Smith and Daniel Plummer of F & C Reit Asset Management and Mike Forster and Peter Allen of CDC Estates.

84 North Street comprises approximately 11,000 sq ft of high quality refurbished office accommodation arranged over 1st, 2nd & 3rd floors and is available in its entirety or on a floor by floor basis on terms to be agreed.
