Wadham & Isherwood, acting on behalf of Johnson Controls, are delighted to announce the successful letting of their Grade A office building known as Park West One located on the Farnborough Aerospace Centre, Farnborough.  The modern offices which total approx. 31,527 sq.ft. have been sub-let to BAE Systems who occupy a number of other buildings on the Park.

Nick Reeve of Wadham & Isherwood commented, “This letting formed part of a much larger deal that took place on the Aerospace Park and involved Zurich taking a lease from BAE Systems on approximately 90,000 sq ft which necessitated BAE relocating to Park West One.  We are pleased to have concluded this important letting which demonstrates the attraction of Farnborough as a location with is proximity to the air field, mainline railway station and nearby M3.”
